Greg has lived in the Adirondacks full time since graduating from Syracuse University in 1970 with a degree in Advertising and Marketing He has sold Real Estate in New York since 1972 and started Timm Associates, Inc. with wife, Dawn, in 1983 Together they have raised their sons, Bob and Dieter and daughters, Tina and Heather at their homes in Raquette Lake and Old Forge. Heather is the 3rd generation in Adirondack real estate following in the footsteps of her grandfather, Al, and her parents Greg is also president of Adirondack Phoenix Properties, Inc. a company that acquires local real estate for the purpose of developing it to its greatest physical and aesthetic potential Greg is a Certified Exchange Advisor and also works very closely with commercial clients and customers He is a retired New York State Magistrate, past school board president, EMT and most proudly….grandfather to nine!
